Mechanical Maintenance

Graceland University has two openings for a Mechanical Maintenance Position on the Lamoni, IA campus. Applicant must have a positive outlook and be solution oriented.

Job Requirements: A minimum of 3 years experience is required with a broad exposure to institutional mechanical maintenance preferred. Must have education or experience in 1 or more of the following areas: electrical distribution, refrigeration, boiler plant operation, chiller plant operation, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair. Will consider someone willing to learn and get the training. Must be able to routinely lift 50+ pounds and be able and willing to work in all extremes of conditions including heights. Some overtime is required, and individuals must be accessible for “on call” service.
