Mechanical Maintenance Person

Graceland University has one opening for a Mechanical Maintenance Position on the Lamoni, IA campus.  Applicant must have a positive outlook, a good team player, and be solution oriented.    A minimum of 3 years experience is required with a broad exposure to institutional mechanical maintenance preferred.  Must have education or experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical distribution, refrigeration, boiler plant operation, chiller plant operation, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair.  Must be able to routinely lift 50+ pounds and be able and willing to work in all extremes of conditions including heights.  Some overtime is required, and individuals must be accessible for “on call” service.
