Graceland University announces an exciting event happening on our Lamoni campus on April 24, 2013: Graceland’s Annual Scholars’ Showcase. The theme this year is “Discovery Across Disciplines.”
Every April, Graceland University student scholars from a variety of academic disciplines are selected to present their work to an audience of fellow students, faculty and visitors. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the University’s emerging scholars.
Graceland students will have a chance to see the results of their hard work as they listen to and interact with scholar-presenters. Area high schools students, members of National Honor Society and their counselors will be in attendance.
President Sellars will open the event at 10 a.m. in the Shaw Family Auditorium and will be followed by our keynote speakers, Tracy and Chris Bridge. At approximately 11 a.m., attendees and presenters will move to the Helene Center where the student poster sessions, demonstrations and presentations will be held throughout the afternoon.
Mark your calendars for April 24, 2013, and experience student scholarship at Graceland University Scholars’ Showcase.
