Graceland University Assistant Professor of Spanish Jonathan Montalvo, PhD, gave a presentation titled “Diversity within the Latinx Community” March 11 for the Office of Latino Affairs of the State of Iowa. The talk focused on racial and linguistic diversity, demystifying the notion that Latinxs are a homogenous group. The presentation was part of a series of webinars organized by the Association of Iowa Latinx Professionals.
